The fastest way to change a company is to teach its people.
Hunter Culberson — former professor at Otis College of Art and Design — leads hands-on AI training for teams across Charleston and beyond. He leads multiple classes in the AI Academy at the Charleston Tech Center’s Learning Center, a program supported by Google.

Three ways we teach.
From a single working session to a multi-month rollout. Every format is built for the room in front of us — your tools, your workflows, your people.
One-day cohort.
A full working session for a room of operators. Hands-on by minute fifteen. Everyone leaves with something real — a mapped workflow, a prompt library, an agent designed on paper for their own job.
Team training.
A multi-session program built around your actual workflows and tools. Your people learn on your business, not on toy examples, so what they practice on Tuesday is what they use on Wednesday.
Done-with-you rollout.
We teach while we build. Your team shadows a real deployment — watching, asking, and taking the wheel — so when we step back, the work keeps running without us.
Built for the room you actually have.
- Leadership teams who need to move together, not one enthusiast at a time.
- Whole companies — delivered on Zoom or on-site, in Charleston and beyond.
- Vistage groups and peer advisory boards.
- Associations, chambers, and member organizations training their people at scale.
We teach what we run.
Former college professor.
Hunter taught at Otis College of Art and Design and has mentored there for years since. He knows how to take something complex and make a room of non-technical people genuinely capable with it.
Teaching inside a Google-supported program.
He leads multiple classes in the AI Academy at the Charleston Tech Center’s Learning Center — a workforce-development program supported by Google.
Trusted by peer groups.
He taught the AI Cohort working session for Vistage members in September 2026 — a full room of owners and executives, hands-on from start to finish.
Practitioners, not theorists.
Holy Automation builds and runs live AI systems for real companies every day. The classroom is downstream of that work — you get what we’ve learned doing it, not a slide deck.
Everyone leaves with something they can run.
Not a demo, not a slide deck. By the end of the session each person in the room has something real — a mapped workflow, a prompt library, or an agent designed on paper for their own job. The point isn’t that they saw AI. It’s that they can use it on Monday.
Simple to book. Built to land.
Tell us the room.
Who’s in it, what they already use, and what you want them walking out with. A short call is enough.
We shape the session.
The format, the arc, and the exercises — built around your people and your actual tools, not a generic curriculum.
The session.
Hands-on and hands-dirty. Nobody watches a lecture; everyone builds something for their own work.
Keep going.
Everyone leaves with the workbook and a clear next step — or, if you want, we stay and build it with you.
Real rooms. Real work.
- A Vistage peer group — owners and executives (Sept 2026).
- The AI Academy at the Charleston Tech Center’s Learning Center.
- Home-services and HVAC teams.
- Founders and operators across Charleston and the Lowcountry.
Anonymous by default — we keep client rooms private. References on request.
Before you ask.
Do people need any technical background?
No. Every session is built for non-technical people. We start with how AI actually works — in plain English, no jargon — then get hands-on by minute fifteen.
What does the room need to bring?
A laptop and a real problem from work. We supply the workbook, the exercises, and the structure; you supply the room.
How big can the group be?
We’ve run full rooms of owners and executives. For deep hands-on work we recommend capping around 20–25; for larger groups we split into tracks or pair the session with a talk.
On-site or remote?
Both. On-site across Charleston and the Lowcountry, or remote on Zoom — whichever fits your team.
Which AI platform do we need?
None in particular. We demo in Claude, and everything we cover applies to whatever platform you already use.
How is it priced?
Quoted per engagement — based on the format, the size of the room, and travel. Reach out and we’ll scope it.
Bring this to your group.
Tell us who’s in the room and what you want them walking out with. We’ll shape the session around it.
