This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between HC Studio LLC, doing business as Holy Automation ("we," "our," or "us"), and you ("you" or "Licensee"), and governs your use of the Holy Automation QuickBooks integration ("the Software").
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software solely for your internal business purposes in connection with your QuickBooks Online account.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, resell, sublicense, or distribute the Software, nor use it in any manner that violates applicable law or the terms of service of Intuit or QuickBooks.
The Software and all related intellectual property remain our exclusive property. Nothing in this Agreement transfers ownership of any portion of the Software to you.
You grant us permission to access the QuickBooks Online data you authorize for the purpose of providing the Software's functionality. Our handling of that data is described in our Privacy Policy.
The Software is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Software.
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. Upon termination, your license to use the Software ends, and you may disconnect the Software from your QuickBooks Online account.
