Holy Automation, a service of HC Studio LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), respects your privacy. This policy explains what data our QuickBooks integration ("the Integration") accesses, how it is used, and the safeguards in place.

1. What We Access

When you authorize the Integration to connect to your QuickBooks Online account, we may access accounting data such as company information, customers, invoices, payments, bills, and financial reports (profit & loss, balance sheet).

2. How We Use It

• Automating bookkeeping, reporting, and reconciliation tasks on your behalf.
• Providing summaries, tracking payments, and surfacing financial insights.
• Delivering the automation services you have engaged us to perform.

3. Data Storage & Security

We store only the credentials required to maintain your connection (OAuth tokens) in a secured environment. We do not sell, rent, or share your financial data with third parties. Access is limited to the systems and personnel required to deliver our services.

4. Your Control

You may disconnect the Integration at any time through your QuickBooks Online account settings, which revokes our access. Disconnecting does not affect any data that remains in your own QuickBooks account.
