They don't need software — they need someone to answer the phone at 7 p.m. when their dispatcher went home. That's what we build."
Holy Automation's model is straightforward: each client gets a dedicated AI agent — not a chatbot, not a template, not an off-the-shelf tool with the client's logo slapped on it. An actual production agent, configured to the client's specific business, trained on their workflows, and deployed on hardware the client owns. The company describes the relationship as a retained partnership, not a software subscription.
"The word 'agent' gets thrown around a lot right now," Culberson added. "Most of what's out there is a ChatGPT wrapper with a different skin. That's not what we do.
