Straight answers to the questions people ask before they get started. No jargon, no sales-speak — just what you need to know.

🔎

The Basics

Holy Automation builds and deploys custom AI agents — we call them Holy Agents — that handle repetitive business tasks automatically. Things like sending invoices, following up with leads, booking appointments, reconciling books, and managing customer communications. We design each agent around how your specific business actually operates, then hand it off to you fully running.

A chatbot sits on your website and answers questions when someone types at it. A Holy Agent is an active worker that executes tasks — sending invoices, updating records, dispatching crews, following up with leads — without waiting to be asked. The difference is the same as the difference between a receptionist who answers the phone when it rings and an employee who goes out and gets things done on their own.

A virtual assistant is a person who works during business hours, costs $15—$50 an hour, needs managing, and has off days. A Holy Agent works 24 hours a day, seven days a week, doesn't take sick days, executes the same task the same way every time, and costs a fraction of a full-time hire. For truly repetitive work, automation is more reliable and more cost-effective than delegation.

No. Holy Agents take over the repetitive, time-consuming tasks that currently eat into your team's day — data entry, follow-up emails, scheduling logistics, report generation. That frees your people to do the higher-value work that actually requires a human. Most of our clients find that their existing staff become significantly more productive, rather than being replaced.

Getting Started

You do not need any technical knowledge. We handle everything from setup to integration to ongoing maintenance. If you can describe a task you want automated — in plain English, over a phone call — we can build it. Our goal is to make the technology completely invisible to you.

The Lite plan can be running within a week of signing on. Starter deployments typically take one to two weeks. Growth and Enterprise projects run two to four weeks depending on the number of integrations and custom workflows involved. We move deliberately because we'd rather deploy something that works correctly than rush something that doesn't.

Most clients see their first automations running within one to two weeks of getting started. The Lite plan can be live in days. Results — meaning actual time saved and tasks handled automatically — start immediately once the agents are live. The typical client recovers their setup cost within the first month from time saved alone.

We work with most common business tools — QuickBooks, Xero, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, HubSpot, Salesforce, ServiceTitan, Jobber, OpenTable, Mindbody, and many others. If you're already using a tool, there's a good chance we can connect to it. We handle all the integration work so you don't have to touch anything technical.

💰

Pricing & Commitment

Our Lite plan starts at $750 per month with no setup fee. The Starter package begins at $2,500 setup plus $500 per month. Growth packages run $5,000—$10,000 setup with $750—$1,500 per month. Enterprise projects start at $10,000 and are scoped individually. We also offer a Scale Partner program at $3,000—$5,000 per month or a revenue-share structure. There are no hidden fees. See the full pricing breakdown for details.

There are no long-term contracts. Monthly retainer clients can cancel with 30 days' notice. Setup fees cover the work of building your automations, so those are non-refundable — but you're never locked into an ongoing commitment you don't want. We'd rather earn your business every month than hold it hostage.

All packages include a 30-day fine-tuning period after launch where we adjust the automations based on real-world performance. Monthly retainer clients get continued monitoring, minor updates, and priority support as part of their plan. As your business changes — new tools, new workflows, new needs — we evolve your automations to match.

🔒

Security & Ownership

You do. Your business data belongs to you, full stop. We don't resell it, share it, or use it to train models for other clients. When we build your automations, we're working inside your systems — your email, your CRM, your accounting software. We're a service provider, not a data company.

We build with security as a core requirement, not an afterthought. All connections are encrypted and token-authenticated. For clients who prefer it, we offer local deployment — meaning your agents run on hardware at your business, not on a cloud server we control. We also log all agent actions so you can audit what happened and when.

Clients on a monthly retainer have direct access to our team and can expect a response within a few hours for most issues, and same-day for anything urgent. We monitor your automations proactively, which means we often catch and fix issues before you notice them. If a third-party tool we've integrated with goes down, we handle the fix — that's part of your retainer.
